Terms of Service

Effective October 31, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Lurix Solutions ("Lurix", "we", "us"), based in Israel. They govern your use of Lurix Leads at app.lurixsolutions.com. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use Lurix Leads for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company.

1. The service

Lurix Leads is a database and toolset for finding local businesses in the United States that have gaps in their website, search visibility or online profile, with contact details and evidence. It is intended for agencies, freelancers and other professionals who offer such services. You must be at least 18 and use the service for business purposes.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep your email account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us at info@lurixsolutions.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Credits and payment

Unlocking a business's contacts costs credits. New accounts receive free trial credits. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Prices and plans are shown on the pricing page and before you buy. Cancellations and refunds follow the Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms once you purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to:

  • Follow the law when you contact businesses, including the US CAN-SPAM Act for email, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act for calls and texts, state telemarketing and privacy laws, and the rules of any platform you use to send messages. You are responsible for your outreach. Nothing in the service is legal advice.
  • Identify yourself truthfully in messages, include a way to opt out, and stop contacting anyone who asks.

You agree not to:

  • Resell, publish or redistribute the data, or use it to build a competing database or lead list product.
  • Use the data to decide on eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or similar purposes.
  • Use automated tools to extract data from the service, share your account, or get around credit, rate or access limits.
  • Harass, deceive or defraud anyone, or send unlawful or abusive messages.
  • Probe, disrupt or attack the service or other customers' data.

5. Data accuracy

Business information and website checks come from public sources and automated analysis. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. For example, a website that looks broken to us may have been down only briefly. Check anything important before you rely on it or tell a business about it. We provide the data as is and do not promise that any lead will be useful or will buy from you.

6. Removal requests

Businesses and individuals can ask us to remove their information. We honor those requests, and a removed business may disappear from your lists and exports without notice.

7. Our rights and yours

Lurix owns the service, its software and its compiled database. We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service and its data for your own business outreach while your account is active. You keep the content you create, such as notes and lists, and give us permission to store and process it to run the service. Business information includes material from the Overture Maps Foundation under the CDLA Permissive 2.0 license.

8. Suspension and ending

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, create risk for others or abuse free credits. If we close an account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid fees.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

10. Limit on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Lurix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100. You are responsible for claims that arise from your outreach or your breach of these terms and will cover our reasonable costs from them.

11. Changes

We may update these terms or the service. We will post the new terms here with a new effective date and email account holders about significant changes. If you keep using the service after the effective date, you accept the update.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your location gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
