Privacy Policy

Effective November 1, 2026

Lurix Solutions ("Lurix", "we", "us"), based in Israel, operates Lurix Leads at app.lurixsolutions.com. This policy covers two kinds of information: information about the people who use Lurix Leads, and information about local businesses that our service shows to those people. Questions go to info@lurixsolutions.com.

1. Information about you

When you use Lurix Leads we collect:

  • Your email address, which we use to sign you in and to contact you about the service.
  • Content you create in your workspace, such as lists, notes and saved leads, and records of which contacts you unlock and how you spend credits.
  • Technical data that our hosting providers log automatically, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

When paid plans start, a payment provider will process your payment. We will receive the fact and amount of the payment and will not store your card number.

We use this information to provide and secure the service, prevent abuse, give support and improve the product. We do not sell your information and we do not show advertising.

2. Cookies

Lurix Leads sets one essential cookie that keeps you signed in. It is needed for the service to work. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. Information about businesses

Lurix Leads helps agencies and freelancers find local businesses that could use help with a website, search visibility or online profile. The business information in our database comes from three sources:

  • Open data from the Overture Maps Foundation, published under the CDLA Permissive 2.0 license. It lists business names, addresses, categories and the phone numbers, websites, emails and social links that businesses published about themselves.
  • The public websites of the businesses. Our crawler, LurixLeadsBot, visits them to check things like whether the site loads, works on phones and has a contact form. It follows each site's robots.txt rules and limits its request rate. More detail is at lurixsolutions.com/bot.
  • Contact details that a business publishes itself on its own website or listings. We do not collect contact details from private or login-protected pages.

For a sole proprietor, business details such as a name or phone number can also be personal information. We show this information to our customers so that they can contact the business about services. We only cover businesses in the United States at this time.

4. Removing a business or personal listing

If you own or represent a business, or you are an individual named in our database, you can ask us to remove the information or to stop showing your contact details. Email info@lurixsolutions.com with the business name and website. We act within 30 days. We keep a suppression record so that the same business is not added again. You can also block our crawler at any time by adding a rule for LurixLeadsBot to your robots.txt file.

5. Who receives information

We share information only with the following:

  • Service providers that run Lurix Leads for us: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email delivery). They process data on our instructions.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it, and professional advisers under confidentiality.
  • A buyer or successor, if Lurix is sold or reorganized. We would tell you first.

Other customers cannot see your lists, notes or activity. Each workspace is kept separate.

6. Where information is kept

Our database is hosted in the United States. We operate from Israel. By using the service you agree that your information is processed in both countries.

7. How long we keep it

We keep account information while your account is open. When you ask us to delete it, we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or security reasons. Business information stays in the database until we remove it under section 4 or it becomes outdated.

8. Security

We encrypt data in transit, restrict access to our systems, keep each customer's data separate and sign you in with one-time codes instead of passwords. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you. Residents of California and some other US states have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share your account information. We respond to verified requests within 45 days and will not treat you differently for making one. Send requests to info@lurixsolutions.com.

10. Children

Lurix Leads is for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. The Chrome extension

The Lurix Leads Chrome extension works only when you click its icon. It then reads the address of the tab you are on and sends the website's domain to Lurix Leads, so we can show you what we know about that business or, when you ask, audit the website.

  • It does not read the content of web pages, your browsing history, passwords, forms or other tabs, and it does nothing on pages where you have not opened it.
  • Search engines, social networks and directories are skipped. Only the domain is sent, never the path or the query of the address.
  • It stores one access token in the extension's own storage, so it can act as your account. You can disconnect it at any time from the extension or from the Account page, and the token stops working.
  • We keep the domain of each on-demand audit with your workspace activity, to apply daily limits and to give support.

We use information from the extension only to provide its features to you. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for their own purposes, or use it for advertising. The use of information received from Chrome extension APIs follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

12. Changes

We will post changes here with a new effective date. For significant changes we will also email account holders.
